Ordering Procedures:
You are encouraged to order with confidence from our online catalog. However, if you feel more comfortable ordering by mail or phone, please do so. We Do Not encourage the use of email orders because of potential security issues. Phone Orders: Within the USA, call Toll Free 888-843-2312 or local 607-843-2311 between the hours of 10am - 5pm EST Tuesday through Friday.
E-Mail Orders:
For your Protection - Please DO NOT put any credit card information in e-mails. You can e-mail your order and phone your credit card information separately .
Mail-In Orders:
Please send your check, money order or credit card info along with your order to: Russos Tack Shack - Order Dept., 435 Hoben Rd., Oxford, N.Y. 13830. Please be sure to include your shipping and contact information. Please Do Not send cash.
Order Processing:
Orders received Sunday through Thursday generally ship within 48 hours. Orders received on Friday and Saturday generally ship the following Monday. Please double check your order fand shipping info to prevent confusion and delays in processing. Some items may be shipped from another location and therefore may not be shipped within the general time frame. We ship backorders as soon as possible. Please indicate in your order if you Do Not want out of stock items backordered.
Shipping Charges:
Our preferred method of shipping is United Parcel Service (UPS). Please specify if you need special services such as Over-night or 2 Day; otherwise packages will ship via Ground Service. If you prefer an alternative shipping method we do our best to accommodate your request.
Payment Method:
Russos Tack Shack accepts MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card payment. We also accept money orders and personal checks. Please Note: when paying with a personal check, your order will be held until the check clears (generally 3 banking days). There is a fee for returned checks.
Sales Tax:
New York State residents will be charged Sales Tax.
Return Policy:
Please note due to the current state of the economy we will no longer be offering Refunds. Merchandise can be returned for exchange only. Shipping charges are non-refundable -- we gladly pay shipping on all saddles marked "Free Shipping", however if a saddle is returned, our shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit. We gladly exchange your NEW product, please carefully read this policy and follow instructions to ensure that you receive proper credit. Product must be returned within 14 days of date of receipt. Please carefully package your product and return to us pre-paid and fully insured. (Product must be insured for its full value). Include a brief explanation of why you are returning the product and your contact information. All product must be returned in New Condition - No Hair, No Dirt, No signs of Wear, and if applicable, warranty tags must be returned. Any product returned in Unsatisfactory Condition will be subject to a minimum 20% Re-stocking Fee, which will be deducted from your store credit. All Circle Y Saddles are subject to a 20% restocking fee and will be deducted from your store credit.
Exchanges:
Store Credit is generated in your name for the merchandise you are returning (less all shipping charges). You may use this credit at time of return or at a later date.
Shipping damages and shortages:
Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep your merchandise and all packing materials for possible inspection.
Exceptions:
Perishables, closeout items, custom and special orders are not returnable. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions. |
